Peter Althaus; since 1998 he has assumed responsibility as CEO, Managing Director and leading positions at international companies such as Heraeus, DKSH Switzerland, Enexio Water Technologies, a former GEA company. His activities have included strategic development, the establishment of global corporate structures and the management of production sites in Europe, China and the USA.

He has been Managing Director of Carbo-FORCE GmbH in Kassel since January 2024. Carbo-FORCE develops and builds pioneering plants for the carbonisation of biomass. BAUER Resources GmbH, Schrobenhausen, acquired shares in the company on 1 January 2023. Its task is the rapid corporate development of Carbo-FORCE.

He specialises in the introduction of sustainable technologies and solutions, particularly in the field of water management and environmental protection. He has worked intensively on the integration of sustainable solutions, taking into account global markets and regional requirements.

In his voluntary work as Regional Director for South and Southeast Asia at German Water Partnership e.V., he represents the German water industry at international level and works with various governments and organisations.

As a panellist at the ESG Roadshow as part of the EUTECH themed tour, he will present a leading approach to carbon removal in the value chain and contribute his many years of experience and knowledge to develop innovative solutions for a climate-neutral future together with other experts

Goetz Hertz-Eichenrode has been a member of the Hannover Finanz team since 2009 and Managing Partner since 2017. He is the second generation to manage the investment company, which was co-founded by his father in 1979 and has offices in Hanover, Frankfurt am Main and Vienna. From 2007 to 2009, he worked for a pan-European private equity company with a fund volume under management of 1.7 billion euros. From 2001 to 2007, he worked for Deloitte & Touche Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in the areas of auditing and transaction services. Goetz Hertz-Eichenrode passed both the tax consultant and auditor exams. He completed his studies in international business administration (Dipl.-Kfm.) at the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel.

Marcus Richter is a respected expert with extensive experience in sustainability, particularly in the field of urban infrastructure and disaster risk management.

He is currently Managing Director at seecon Ingenieure GmbH and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. His journey in the sustainability sector began as a sales manager at con terra GmbH, where he played a key role in promoting geo-IT solutions. Over the years, Marcus has been instrumental in driving sustainable practices and solutions in the areas of urban planning and flood management. His strategic vision and leadership skills have been evident in various roles ranging from Divisional Director to Head of Solutions D-A-CH.
